Keep credentials secure, use one authentic identity, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may not automate access outside published interfaces, evade rate limits, impersonate others, manipulate rankings, or interfere with the service.

Ratings must reflect a genuine dining experience. Restaurant teams must keep claims, prices, availability, allergens, ordering links, and ownership evidence accurate. You retain rights in your contributions and grant Menu1 a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, format, display, moderate, and distribute them for the service.

Menu1 may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when necessary to address fraud, abuse, security, legal demands, or repeated policy violations. Appeals are available through Support. Operators may not alter public rankings for payment.

Menus, prices, hours, availability, and dietary information can change without notice; confirm critical details with the restaurant. Menu1 is provided as available and may evolve or experience interruptions. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Continued use after an announced effective date means you accept updated terms.
